Simplicity
The H2 Resistance Band Station is an amazingly simple product made possible by the unique design of its Hammer Head Safety Hook.
Anchoring to Wall
The H2 is anchored to load bearing wall studs using lag screws (supplied); and is mounted to concrete or block walls using anchor sleeve bolts (supplied).
The H2 Resistance Band Station is patent pending.

Hammer Head Safety Hook
The H2 features the Hammer Head Safety Hook. With it's T-bar tip and curved shape, the hook allows for bands and straps to be pulled from every angle without the possibility of disengaging. Users can exercise with confidence that their bands and straps are securely anchored.
The hooks rounded shape was designed for easy and smooth transitions.

No other piece of fitness equipment offers the versatility of the H2 Resistance Band Station.
Warning: The H2 Resistance Band Station was designed for use with rubber resistance bands; and straps made from cotton, nylon or polypropylene. Do not fasten resistance bands with metal clip hooks or other hooks made of hard materials (e.g., carabineers) onto the hooks. This has the potential to damage the hook's powder coating and cause premature wear.
You can use clip hooks, carabineers and other types of metal clip hooks with the RBS D-ring attachment.

Configurations
The H2 comes in three configurations:

H2 Plus
The H2 Plus adds a fourth H2 unit mounted at waist height. These are great anchoring angles when performing exercises using stability balls and large loop bands.

H2 Hybrid
For those of you who enjoy suspension training and need wall clearance, the H2 Hybrid adds an Arc to the system. The Arc delivers three hooks mounted at seven feet and delivers 12.75-inches of wall clearance at the middle hook.
The RBS Suspension Strap is designed specifically for the H2 system. At the middle hook the RBS Suspension strap extends to about six inches from the floor.
With 12.75-inches of wall clearance, the H2 Arc provides plenty of room for exercises in the plank and supine positions. Here, Shawn performs a lateral swing using an RBS Suspension Strap anchored to an H2 Arc.
