Ask anyone and they will tell you that eating right is the cornerstone to good health and maintaining your ideal weight.

But what does "eating right" mean?

After 20 years of studying nutrition, trial & error on myself and designing countless meal plans for folks trying to lose weight, I have developed a fail proof daily nutrition to-do list.

Daily Nutrition To-Do List:

  • Eat within one hour of waking and up to one hour prior to bedtime
  • Eat every 3-4 hours throughout the day
  • Eat balanced meals, i.e., protein/carbs/fat each meal
  • Eat at least 20+ grams of animal protein per meal
  • Construct your meals with whole natural foods
  • Eliminate or minimize all sugary drinks including fruit juice
  • Minimize fruit consumption: one serving per day
  • Minimize refined, processed foods such as bread, pasta, cereal, chips, tortillas, rice…. “White carbohydrates”
  • Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day
  • Repeat good meals over and over throughout the day
  • Prepare meals in advance: use Tupperware
  • Get a portable food bag: be prepared
  • Take one day off per week and eat whatever you want. Yeah!!
