1.03 Chest Stretch with a Yoga/Stretch Strap

1) Anchor the middle of your 8 ft. strap on the chest height hook.

2) Face away from the anchor gym.

3) Reach back and run your hands through the loops to your wrists.

4) Have a staggered stance and hold your arms out by your side with palms facing forward.

5) Step away from the wall until you start to feel a stretch.

6) Breathe deeply and slowly lunge into a deeper stretch.

7) Hold about 20-30 seconds while continuing deep breathing and repeat as desired.
