2.03 Rear Shoulder (Deltoid) Stretch with a Yoga/Stretch Strap

Description
 

1) Anchor one end loop of your 4 ft. strap on the top hook.

2) Run your left hand through the loop on the other end.

3) Face 90 degrees from the anchor gym so your right foot is closest to the wall.

4) Have a shoulder width stance and step away from the wall till you start to feel a stretch.

5) With your left arm across your body, lunge away from the wall into a deeper stretch.

6) Breathe deeply and hold for 20-30 seconds. SWITCH SIDES and do the same with your right arm.

7) Repeat as needed
