3.03 Back of Arm (Triceps) Stretch with a Yoga/Stretch Strap

1) Anchor the middle of your 8ft. strap on the top hook of the bottom unit.

2) Run your right hand through one loop and grab the other end with your left.

3) Face away from the anchor gym with a staggered stance with your right foot back.

4) With your left hand down and your right elbow up by your ear, step away from the wall till you start to feel a stretch.

5) Lunge away from the wall and/or pull up with left hand to go into a deeper stretch.

6) Breathe deeply and hold for 20-30 seconds. SWITCH SIDES and perform stretch again.

7) Repeat as needed
