4.04 Back (Lats) Stretch with a Yoga/Stretch Strap

1) Anchor the middle of your 4 ft. strap on the top hook.

2) Run your hands through the loops on each end.

3) Face toward the anchor gym with your hands up.

4) Have a shoulder width stance and step away from the wall till you start to feel a stretch in your back.

5) Hinging at the waist, sit back and away from the wall. Bend your knees slightly into a deeper stretch.

6) Breathe deeply and hold for 20-30 seconds.

7) Repeat as needed
