6.04 Front of Leg (Quads) Stretch with a Yoga/Stretch Strap

Description
 

1) Anchor the middle of your 8ft. strap on the top hook.

2) Lift your right foot behind you and run it through one loop.

3) Face toward the anchor gym on your left foot with your right foot back and your hands on the wall for balance.

4) With your knee bent and your right foot up behind you, grab the other end of the strap with your right hand.

5) Slowly lunge and pull down with your right hand to go into a deeper stretch.

6) Breathe deeply and hold for 20-30 seconds. SWITCH SIDES and perform stretch again.

7) Repeat as needed
