6.05 Back of Leg (Hamstring) Stretch with a Yoga/Stretch Strap

Description
 

1) Anchor the middle of your 4ft. strap on the bottom hook.

2) Sit down facing the Anchor Gym with your feet together in front of the bottom hooks.

3) Grab the ends of the strap.

4) With your legs straight and your body hinged at the waist, bend your upper body toward the Anchor Gym.

5) Slowly pull the strap till you feel a stretch

6) Reach for any extra slack in the strap and pull again into a deeper stretch.

7) Breathe deeply and hold for 20-30 seconds.

8) Repeat as needed
